A folder is slow to open

Luzala File Workspace loads items in bounded batches. You can start another navigation or choose Cancel immediately; stale work will be stopped.

A copy or hash is taking too long

Use Cancel operation in the bottom status bar. The app reads large files in 1 MB streaming buffers instead of loading the whole file into memory.

The app opened in Safe Mode

Safe Mode means the previous process did not record a clean exit. The app intentionally skips restoring old paths. Browse to the folders you want and close normally to establish a fresh session.

Explorer replacement

Luzala File Workspace never replaces Windows File Explorer and does not modify folder or file associations.

Deletion

The Recycle action sends the selected item to the Windows Recycle Bin. If Windows blocks an operation, verify your permissions and that another program is not holding the file.

System requirements

Windows 10 version 1809 or newer, x64 processor, 4 GB RAM minimum. The Store package includes its required .NET runtime.
